Darwin day 18 – 17th July (Thursday)

Today we woke up and went to Crocosaurus Cove. It was excellent, it had the biggest Australian reptile display we have ever seen. There were some huge croc’s called Bert, Kate and William, Harry to name a few. We feed the little salt water crocs with fishing rods. Me and Max also had a photo taken holding a small croc. Sam didn’t want to. It was a great place. Max was so excited as he loved all the reptiles and brought a lizard book from the souvenir store called “What’s that Lizard”. Then we swam back at the resort and went to the Darwin waterfront in the late afternoon. We saw huge fish swimming in the water along the wharf. Weather is 34 degrees and hot.

  1. Excellent photos with the Crocs! Love the sunnies Hol. Max looks like he is really enjoying it there. Also great blogs by Max and Hol – keep them coming. Well done! We are reading them every day. It takes our minds off this freezing weather! Anyway, I must go – time to put more logs on the fire!! 🔥😁 ☔

  2. Wow, that looks a fantastic place. Love the photos of Holly and Max with crocs. Writing from freezing Cobram.home on Monday. Just managed to get wifi.
